For example, instead of “Artemis,” you might use “Silver Bow” or “Moonhunt.” This still connects you to that divine energy, but with a layer of creativity, respect and space for yourself to be more than a direct reflection of a deity.
If you do feel called toward a deity, take time to understand their history. Ask yourself: Am I drawn to the story, the symbolism, or the energy? Then find a name that expresses that connection in a way that’s meaningful and personal to you.
2. Use Meditation and Divination
Sometimes the best way to discover your magical name is to listen rather than look. Meditation and divination help you quiet the noise of daily life so your deeper self can speak up.
